Modulign fitting guide step-by-step

Get organised

Remove all of the parts from your Modulign orthotics from the box. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes.

Trim the orthotic

Trim the toe section so that it fits the shoe. This can be done by placing the orthotic on top of your exisiting orthotic.

Adding the wedges

Place wedges in the different sections of the orthotic – there are three main areas:

A. Medial (inside) Rearfoot support
B. Arch support
C. Lateral (outside) Rearfoot support

If you have a flatter foot (no arch) you san start with 5 degrees or 10 degrees in section A or B. You can adjust until comfortable. If you have a higher arch only use wedges in section C.

Fitting into your shoe

Modulign is designed to work with a more solid shoe like an Asics or Brooks but should work with most shoes.

You may need to trim off the toe section completely if there is no insole to remove from the shoe or it may be too tight.

If your heel is sipping out of the base of the shoe, you may need to tighten the laces or reduce the wedges at the heel section.
